Through the dining room you enter a large country kitchen, complete with a 4 oven Aga (and electric double oven!), breakfast area and utility room. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, microwave & food mixer.
From the kitchen, patio doors lead out to a sunny garden with stunning views over Glenshee. The garden is mainly laid to lawn, fully enclosed and not overlooked. There is a traditional summer house to enjoy the views on slightly cooler or breezier days. The back garden fencing is dog friendly for medium to large dogs, while the south-facing garden to the front of the house is again fully enclosed, laid to lawn and ‘small dog friendly’. The private hot tub is perfectly positioned in the back garden to enjoy the mountain views, along with easy access to the house.
