Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

- Dalnoid Cottages & Treehouses will honour the described services for the entitled named, for the period of 12 months after the date of issue on the voucher after which it is rendered invalid.

- The services must be taken in one continuous visit and not in fragments. Any residual at the end of the visit provision may not be taken at a later date and will be considered spent.

- Pre-booking is essential. Booking should be made by emailing your voucher number and issue date along with the dates and property requested to info@dalnoid.co.uk or by calling 07721 334594

- Refunds in part, whole or in services in kind, will not be made. The voucher is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash. Vouchers are not replaceable or refundable if lost.

- Where the voucher value is less than 50% of the value of the stay, the deposit balance (50%) must be paid before the booking can be confirmed.

- Sorry no pets or children are allowed in the Treehouses or Shepherds Hut.
